I have been doing personal training with Scott for the last 7 months. He is impressively knowledgeable about all things fitness-related. We frequently talk about goals and set new ones as achievements are made. He’s great at mixing up routines to ensure my fitness goals are met and to help keep me motivated, focused and interested during every session.
Scott provides a great balance between pushing me to my limits and offering the support I need when I just want to give up. He’s a great motivator without being pushy and encourages me to break through whatever physical or mental obstacles I have.
