I loved my manicure and pedicure with Kimberly. Her attention to detail was amazing. Before we started the session Kim offered me a cup of chamomile tea, which I declined.

As I sat down I was questioning the price of my services, as there was no spa chair with massager propped up high or other people in the room which as I thought and later talked with Kimberly about, realized isn't a luxury at all.

We started with my hands and finished with my feet. Kimberly is comfortable to talk to in the right moderation allowing you to not be bored, but also allowing you to relax. As we went along through this therapeutic procedure it was as if she was a doctor for the feet and hands making sure she informed you about what was going on with skin and how to prevent it from happening again. She uses top of the line products and essential oils to reduce pain and allow healing so your skin recovers in the best way possible allowing better care in the future.

Before my pedicure I decided to take a water and she again offered me tea claiming she made pretty good tea and in fact she did, chamomile with honey. I also had some trail mix, which I finished quickly as it was relaxing and delightfully refreshing as she massaged and worked on my feet and legs.

I was so surprised at the amount of dead skin and particles falling off my feet due to hard water and not completely drying in between my toes after showering but Kim made sure to explain to me how to prevent this in the future with proper care.

Kim is very clean using multiple clean towels and organic antiseptic with juniper oil on your skin. The floor was spotless as when she cleaned it with the towel there wasn't any black. She treated the whole service as a medical office, as things should be when it comes to working with the human body.

I quickly realized how dirty the walk-in salons really are compared to Pure Spa's one-on-one service. The price I feel was actually low for what I received and she even gave me a discount at the end in which I matched in a tip, and then she followed by giving me the foot file she used on me for use at home.

I was highly impressed with the massage and soyaffin treatments as they were much more relaxing and therapeutic than I had ever received elsewhere. There was so much good about my experience at Pure Spa with Kim, that I feel and know I am leaving out many positives. I can't say anything negative about Kim or her services. She recommended a facial with Kate and a massage with any of their massage therapists as they are all excellent. I now want to have services done every 2 to 3 months and will recommend Pure Spa to my friends, co-workers and family.
