100% of the staff is friendly & helpful 100% of the time! My very first impression was of the cleanliness in appearance & smell, and of the openness of the layout while on my tour, and I've been a regular customer since. I have to board my dog often due to my job, which could stress a pet owner out if uncertain of their pet's fulfillment. My baby's tail wags every time we pull in, he runs to his "aunts" & "uncles" there, and I'm assured knowing he has a great life. The playtime is wonderful- there's indoor and outdoor play, depending on the weather. I never have to worry; Philly Pet Hotel has not only my complete trust & confidence, but my total gratitude for how much they genuinely care for the well-being & happiness of their clients.
